CALL THE PROFESSIONAL STAFF ON CALL FOR: 1. Incidents with evidence of illegal drugs 2. Threat or actual student death or serious injury Suicide gestures, suicidal ideations, talk of harm to self or others, etc. Rapes, sexual assaults or attempted rape Fights/domestic violence Incidents where immediate medical attention is required (intoxication, illness, accidents, etc.) Incidents that require transportation to a facilty off-campus (i.e. hospital, mental health, detox, jail) Under no circumstances will Residence Life staff (RAs included) transport residents Anytime there are reports of guns or other dangerous weapons 3. Severe Facility Crises Fires Large scale vandalism Breaking & Entering 4. All incidents where RA(s) feel assistance is necessary. If you are not sure, CALL!

Emergent or actual student death or serious injury Incidents requiring emergency treatment or transportation Resident actions that may result in harm to an individual or others including, but not limited to: possession of a weapon, threat of physical assault, and threats to harm one self 3. Time Sensitive or Severe Facility Crises Real fire, whether accidental or deliberate Illegal discharge of fire equipment Destruction of University property Maintenance requests (evenings & weekends) that are time sensitive 4. Theft/alleged theft 5. Any situation where extra assistance is needed by the Resident Assistant
